Since January 19, 2021, NOCO Corporation of the United States filed a 337 investigation (code: 337- TA-1256) with ITC for patent infringement, dozens of Chinese companies including Boltpower have been included in the respondent list, seriously affecting their emergency start power business in the United States. If they do not actively respond to the lawsuit, it will lead to a series of serious consequences in the future. As a leading enterprise in the global emergency power supply industry, Boltpower actively organized a response alliance and resolutely defended the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises. To this end, it spent millions of dollars hiring a team of American lawyers to effectively respond to the 337 investigation.
On April 29, 2022, ITC ruled that the emergency start power supply products manufactured and sold by Boltpower did not violate Article 337 of the NOCO US patent.
